primopattern is an advanced, ready to use one-component-material that burns out cleanly and completely. primopattern is available as modeling gel and modeling paste

indispensable light cured material
for all cases – for every lab
uses
Implantology:
Modellations for casting or scanning
implant abutments
implant bars
implant superstructures
Tertiary frameworks over galvano mesiostructures
Production of
fixation keys
individual abutments, etc.
as well as the blocking or fixing of individual implant parts or segments
Fixed dentures:
Modellations for casting, scanning or pressing
crowns and bridges
Frames for zircon copy milling machines
inlays and onlays
Frameworks for galvano bridges
Combi technique
Primary and secondary telescopic and conical crowns
individual attachments
RSS secondary parts, rounds, etc.
Other applications:
Fixing individual parts or separate parts for welding or soldering
Fixing ready-made attachments
general blocking or fixing of individual parts or segments
advantages
primopattern Gel and Paste stand out due to the following product characteristics:
- ready to use one-component-material, light cured and thixotrop
- perfectly aligned viscosity of Gel and Paste for quick and precise application
- stays where placed – does not run – therefore very economical
- easy control of the applied thickness
- long working time (> 20 min.) – short curing time (< 5 min.)
- cures in most conventional light curing units (320nm-500nm)
- polymerisation neutral and absolutely dimensionally stable with great fitting properties
- no distortion, high surface hardness and great strength
- light cured cases can be lifted off easily and stress free
- easy to grind with carbide burs or rubber polishers
- burns out cleanly and completely
- can be used in conjunction with conventional waxes or light cured wax (metacon)
- does not contain MMA and peroxide and has no taste or smell

technical tipsuseful tips for your workflow
Technique Tips:
- Work with the primopattern LC paste to efficiently apply larger amounts of material (e.g. for bars, pontics, etc.).
- Use primopattern LC Gel for more delicate work that requires thinner layers.
- For large-volume work, the model should be covered with a thin layer of modeling wax.
- If the syringe is guided with a slightly vibrating movement, the material flows more easily; if the vibration is stopped, the gel "stands still" (thixotropic behavior).
- Wet your fingers and instruments with metatouch (IM200) before kneading the paste.
light curing:
In principle, primopattern can be polymerized in all common light curing devices with a light spectrum of 320nm-500nm. The metalight devices (primotec) are particularly suitable because they have a cooling function that allows the material to be light-cured even more gently.
Average polymerisation time in light curing devices with:
- UV/UV-A lamps (e.g. Metalight): 3.5 - 5 minutes
- Halogen lamps: 2 minutes
- Strobe lights (e.g. UniXS): 90 seconds
