Complete - all inclusive. The PREMIO 3D lab scanners are completely configured. The necessary accessory package for the use of the scanner in everyday laboratory work is extensive and completely included in the price. Includes powerful custom PC and pre-installed scanning software with free updates. You can start working immediately.

Precise - clear, sharp edges, not "round". Extremely accurate scanning through state-of-the-art high-performance cameras, the latest white stripe light technology and outstanding software. This makes the scan data highly accurate, with a reproducibility of less than 10 microns.

Efficient - simply place the object on the platform and start the scan. Since the camera / light module moves vertically from 0° to 90° around the scan object and the scan platform rotates 360° horizontally, models or articulator need not be locked or mounted on the scan platform (ULTRA and MAX). Also, the individual plates for height compensation need not be extra fastened with a screw, they are just stacked. This also applies to the PREMIO SWING scanner with movable arm, because its plates are magnetic for height compensation. The faster processing of the scan data with the USB 3.0 also makes the primotec PREMIO scanners so efficient.

Easy - without scan spray. Thanks to the adjustable light intensity of the white-light LEDs, even highly reflective surfaces can be clearly detected without any scan spray and / or other manipulation of the primary model. The light intensity can be adjusted individually for each scan.

Roomy - with the extended device opening and the large scanning platform, articulators of any size can be easily scanned in one piece. It is not necessary to convert the articulated models into a special holder for scanning the bite. This eliminates a possible source of error when scanning the registered bite position from the outset. Upper and lower can be so clearly positioned. Accessible - no appliance door that needs to be opened and closed constantly. Instead, a mobile protective screen that can be easily placed in front of the device opening when needed. The result is an immense increase in efficiency of daily work.

Versatile - the impression scan function is optimized for silicone and alginate impressions. The innovative HSS algorithm ensures that the areas in the impression that are otherwise difficult to scan are recorded exactly. With the help of various scan plates, up to seven model dies or seven implant abutments can be scanned in one operation. Arbitrators of all sizes can be scanned without any problems. With the help of the all-in-one scan plate, all 3 steps can be done at once; upper, lower and die.

Flexible - for customer requirements. The PREMIO scanners can be delivered as a "turnkey" complete solution with scanner, PC, scan software, exocad design software and all accessories. Alternatively, the customer can also put together an individual package, because the exocad design software is optional. If the user already has a scanner and a design workstation and only needs more scanning capacity, primotec offers the option of only supplying the scanner with the appropriate scan software. So you can scan at another, fully functional workstation without the need for another exocad license. The scans are simply imported as an open STL files into exocad and can now be edited further. The included scanning software is very user-friendly and fully integrated into exocad.

Helpful - primotec will remotely assist in the setup and installation of the scanner. We also use these scanners in our own milling center so can easily help troubleshoot any issues the customer might encounter. In the case of a defect, the devices are designed so that whole modules can be easily replaced. This reduces possible downtime to a minimum.
