primoclick
- sprueing thought to the end
|
The
primoclick principle- the different primoclick
components (made of a special hard acrylic that burns out
clean) are simply plugged to one another.
primoclick
components are specially designed to jam, but
even though, to be turned in any required position.
After
adjusting the casting object in the casting ring, the primoclick
components are fixed with superglue or wax. This
way the casting object is invested in an optimized position
in the casting ring.
The
casting result is perfect, as the sprue diameter as well
as the length of the primoclick supply
sprues and consequently the position of the casting object
in the ring are ideal.
Due
to primoclick, distortion of the workpiece
during lifting it off the model, maybe caused by inattention
(when again things had to go extremely fast) or because
of high environmental temperature (summer) is practically
impossible.
primoclick
– no matter
if centrifugal or vacuum pressure casting, the way of the
molten alloy into the casting ring is always the same, consequently
all physical casting requirements must match!

Twister

The
primotec Twister is an ideal laboratory aid for cutting, trimming,
drilling, finishing, and polishing!
 |
|
Clear
vision – exposing the preparation margins |
|
 |
|
Fully
cooled – sectioning a bridge
|
|
Compressed
air passed through the Twister's flexible metal hose cools both
restoration and cutter. At the same time, Twister keeps the workbench
clean and dust-free.
The force
of the compressed air can be adjusted to anything from “a gentle
breeze” up to “gale force”.
At low pressure,
the Twister is ideal for use when exposing preparation margins
on stone dies. It speeds up drying and spreads liquids evenly.
Use the
Twister at high pressure when, for example, cutting off sprues,
and finishing/polishing inlays, thereby cooling both restoration
and cutter or polisher precisely and on-the-spot during the whole
procedure.
Used with
the workbench suction unit, the Twister provides a significant
and positive health benefit. The purpose positioned flexible metal
hose directs the airflow in a specific angle. Resulting dust is
blown directly into the suction vent.
The primotec
Twister is available in two versions:
| Twister ONE: |
|
Manual,
continuous adjustment of compressed air through a ball valve
|
|
|
|
| Twister TWO: |
|
Electronic
control by footswitch in two intensities (strong or weak,
adjustable at the controller) |
No
overheating of restoration or cutter – permanent clear view of
the immediate working area – save time and be kind to your nerves,
use the Twister!

primobase TP100 - light cured base plates 1,2mm for partial and
full dentures

indication:
base plates for bite registration, set-up
and try-in of full and partial dentures
advantages:
minimum thickness of only 1,2mm (in the ridge area eventually
even less) > no need to adjust and/or shorten the denture
teeth by grinding
highest stability at minimum thickness (comparable to the
strength of light cured custom impression tray material)
perfect adaptation of base plate due to the special vacuum-suction
process during the polymerisation process
due to its perfect fit, the base plate with the set-up teeth
“adheres” to the palate during the try-in (suction effect)
easy handling and adaptation of the material due to the
IM200 separator
reduced grinding needs, efficient working with greatly improved
result
how to use primobase:
1.) use IM200 separator on the model
2.) use a small amount of IM200 separator
for the fingers
3.) if necessary, cool down the base plate
with Ice Spray (Item Number ES100), to make sure that it
can be removed from the carrying paper without distortion
4.) adapt the base plate manually to the
function model (if necessary, thin out the material slightly
in the ridge area by pressing the material)
6.) put the model with the base plate
into the Metavac vacuum suction device and light cure for
six minutes either in the Metalight ML100 or any other adequate
light curing unit
6.) take base plate off the model and
finish it
description of the vacuum suction process:
to place the model in the Metavac vacuum suction device,
first fill in the Metagran special acrylic beads. Place
the model on the beads, cover model and suction device with
Metatex latex cover, place the silicon O-ring on top of
the rim, roll the O-ring over and secure it in the Metavac
groove. After having attached the Metapump vacuum pump to
the valve of the vacuum suction device, carefully evacuate
the air, then close the valve.

Silikobold
|
… a really cute little helper for adapting
wax and other materials
The Silikobold
is an easy-to-use, effective waxing-up aid
which, once you've used it you'll never want to do
without.
The
Silikobold features rounded smooth,
rounded stippled and flat sides. It is perfect for
use with the Metacon system.
The flat side is for
pressing and positioning sublingual bars onto the model,
pressing clasps onto teeth,
pressing finishing lines into place.
The rounded smooth side of the Silikobold simplifies
positioning smooth sheets on the model,
pressing base or tray plates onto the model.
The rounded stippled side of the Silikobold enables you to
position stippled sheets on the model,
recreate imprinted stippling.
In conjunction with the Silikobold primosplint is now even easier to use: it can be formed with every surface (except the stippled side).
Light-curing base and tray plates (e.g. primobase, primotray) are now even easier to adapt:
no more sticky fingers when pressing the plate onto the model,
light-curing materials will not stick to the Silikobold.
